Purpose-Led Approach

An impact oriented, future-back mindset is the hallmark of best practise Purpose-led organisations and is supported by the concept of Purpose Pillars.  

 

Purpose Pillars support the activation of a Purpose by crystalising the desired external impact an organisation wants to have within a 5-to-10-year time horizon.

Purpose Pillars serve to unite and mobilise a workforce around a clear vision, described by external impact goal.   These are shown to be significantly more motivating to employees than internal goals (such as customer growth, revenue targets, % marketshare, etc) and speak to creating legacy.
